Meneghetti Restaurant follows the modern style of cooking based on local ingredients, prepared by our chefs Danijela Pifar and Bojan Vuković.
This duo, which has been turning traditional Istrian recipes into new culinary experience for the last 10 years, will impress you with their synergy and incredibly creative interpretations of dishes. Our chefs know this region, all its advantages and possibilities. Here they have found freedom and together they create some real gems. Their sophisticated style of cooking reflects the dynamic relation between the rural and urban Istria, using only fresh and healthy ingredients from local producers. Of course, for the experience to be complete, each course is carefully paired with excellent Meneghetti wines and olive oils. The restaurant received many awards and acknowledgements, like 16 points and two hats in Gault Millau guide for 2015, as well as ranking among 1000 best restaurants in the world for 2015 according to La Liste’s selection.
